Do Not Call Policy

Clarifying Marketing Group, LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) does not place marketing telephone calls (which for purposes of this Policy include text messages) to numbers appearing on a state or federal Do Not Call list (unless permitted by applicable law) or to the number of a person who has requested not to receive telemarketing calls made by or on behalf of Clarifying Marketing Group.

If you ask to not receive telemarketing calls from us, you will be placed on our internally-maintained Do Not Call list and will not be called during any future telemarketing campaigns within the next five years (or any longer period required by applicable law). Any request to be placed on our internally maintained Do Not Call list will be processed within a reasonable amount of time, not to exceed 30 days (or any shorter period required by law).

Our employees receive training on this Policy and how to document, process and honor requests to be placed on our internally-maintained Do Not Call list. We require any third-party that initiates telemarketing calls on our behalf to comply with this Policy.

We reserve the right to revise this Do Not Call Policy at any time.  If we decide to revise this Policy we will post those changes on this page, and/or update the modification date above.

SMS Terms & Conditions

SMS messages are a key method of communication we will use to fulfill this promise. By opting into our SMS messages, you will receive important information periodically about Clarifying and your health insurance plan including:

    1. Additional benefits and resources you receive as an Clarifying member  
    2. Changes or updates to your health insurance plan
    3. Reminders of key dates including the Annual Open Enrollment Period
    4. Requests for information required to maintain your health insurance plan
  1. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  2. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@clarifying.com or 888–335-1735.
  3. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  4. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages periodically. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
